Barbie runs a cupcake truck, Mario jumps for a ? Block and six DC Super Friends keep watch from the rooftops. These are the characters grown-ups know by heart, remade so an 18-month-old can hold them.

Older siblings’ toys are full of small parts and sharp corners. These are the toddler editions: one-piece figures, big buttons and sturdy playsets that survive being dropped.
The My Mario Adventure Playset plays music and sounds from the games; Bowser’s Airship is a push-along with a cannonball launcher. The Mario and DC figure sets work in both, and in every other vehicle on this site.
