The return wagon
The wagon is red, it has room for one box, and it only goes one place: back to the store that sent it.
Try these first
- No sound? Slide the switch from the try-me position to on, then fit fresh batteries.
- Figure missing? Read the contents list on the box. Some figures in the photos are sold separately.
- Part will not snap in? Check the instruction sheet for the order of assembly; ramps and roofs usually go on last.
Sending a toy back
Open your order at the partner store, select the toy and choose a reason. Their page shows the return window, whether the label is prepaid and how the refund is paid. Keep the packaging until then.
Broken or incomplete on arrival
Use the same order page and pick the option for a damaged or incomplete item. The store decides between a replacement and a refund under its own policy.
Warranty
A fault that shows up later is also claimed through the store you ordered from. Your order confirmation is the proof of purchase, so keep the email.
