The delivery route

The route runs from the partner store’s warehouse to your front step. We wave as the van goes by.

  3. They pack the box and hand it to their carrier.
  4. Tracking appears on your order page at the store.

Questions parents ask about delivery

How long does it take?

The store shows an estimated arrival date on the listing and again at checkout, before you pay. It depends on your address and the speed you pick.

What does delivery cost?

The store sets it. Any charge is itemised at checkout.

Will it arrive in a plain box?

Larger playsets often ship in their own printed carton. If it is a surprise, look for a gift or plain-packaging option at the store’s checkout.

My parcel is late. Who do I tell?

The store, through your order page. They can see the shipment and reissue or refund it. We cannot see orders.

Planning for a birthday

Order a week earlier than the estimate suggests, and earlier still in December, when holiday sets sell through fast.
